Specialties

Built around how your patients actually choose a practice

A toothache at night, a Botox consult, a sore back on a Monday, a long search for answers about fatigue. These are different patient journeys, so we do not run them with the same playbook.

Specialties we focus on

Every page below covers what patients search for in that field, what they ask when they call, and where practices in that specialty tend to lose them. Pick yours.

Dental

Same-day and emergency searches, new patient versus recall, insurance questions on the phone, and after-hours toothache calls.

Med spa

Treatment-led search, consult booking, before and after photo rules, ad limits on some treatments, and pricing questions.

Chiropractic

Near me searches, first visit questions, insurance and cash pay, personal injury referrals, and a steady review process.

Integrative and functional

Longer research journeys, education within health claims rules, accurate provider credentials, and discovery calls.

What stays the same across specialties

The services do not change from one field to the next. We build and run practice websites, local SEO including Google Business Profile, Google Ads with call and form tracking in GA4, and an AI front desk powered by our own JaneJack.ai.

What changes is the order we do things in, the questions the front desk is set up to answer, the ad policies we have to work within, and what counts as a good outcome for you. A dental office that wants more implant consults needs a different plan from a chiropractor who wants fewer no-shows on first visits.

We are a marketing and technology team, not a healthcare provider. We do not give medical advice, and we do not sell lists of patient leads.

The same rules on every page

  • No invented results, reviews or testimonials
  • No health claims your practice cannot support
  • Patient information kept out of marketing tools
  • Tracking set up before we change anything

Questions we ask every practice

  1. Which patients do you want more of?Not every new patient is equal for your schedule. We start with the services and visit types you want to grow, and the ones you are already full on.
  2. How do patients reach you today?Search, maps, referrals, ads, walk-ins. We look at what is tracked now and what is guesswork.
  3. What happens when they call?Who answers, at what hours, and what a caller hears at lunch, after hours and on busy mornings.
  4. What can you confirm was booked?Calls and forms are a start. Where your scheduling system allows it, we tie them to appointments so you can judge the work on bookings.

Physical therapy and specialty clinics

We also work with physical therapy practices and specialty clinics, such as dermatology, podiatry, and ear, nose and throat. These do not have their own page yet, because we would rather talk through your patient path than guess at it. The same review applies: how patients find you, what they see, what happens when they call, and what you can trace to a booking.

Marketing and compliance guides by specialty

Each guide covers the advertising, privacy and referral rules that apply to that kind of practice, with the sources we checked and the date we checked them. They are general information, not legal advice.

Not sure which page fits?

Many practices sit between two fields: a dental office with a cosmetic side, a chiropractor who offers massage and nutrition, a family practice with an aesthetics room. Start with the page closest to the work you most want more of. In the practice review, we look at the whole mix and decide together where to begin.

Client work

Creahive has built and run websites for health organizations, among them Integrative Endocrinology, Connective HS, Better Cancer Answers and Predict Your Risk. See our work for what we did for each, or the full partner list at creahive.com.

Want a second pair of eyes on your patient path?

Book a practice review. We look at how patients find you, what they see on your site, what happens when they call, and what you can measure today. You get a plain list of what we would fix first.
