Who we are

Please do not send patient information

This website is for practice owners and practice staff. Our contact form asks for practice and business details only. Please do not send patient names, dates of birth, conditions, insurance numbers or any other information about a patient. If we receive it by mistake, we delete it and let you know.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, practice or business name, work email, and, if you choose, phone number, practice website, specialty and a short message.
• Server logs: like most websites, our web server records each request: your IP address, the page asked for, the time, and your browser type. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure.
• Cookies: none for visitors. See the cookie section below.

How we use it

• To reply to you and arrange a practice review.
• To keep the site secure and stop spam.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

We use three service providers: our web host, which stores the site, the server logs and contact form messages; Google Workspace, which carries our email, including the copy of each contact form message sent to our team; and Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site as our content delivery network and security service, so every request to the site, including your IP address, passes through it. Cloudflare also provides our Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without storing personal data about you. They process information for us under their own terms. Apart from Cloudflare Web Analytics, this site does not use Google Analytics or any other analytics, advertising pixels or call tracking. If we add any of them, we will update this page first. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and your choices

This site does not set cookies for visitors and loads no third-party fonts. The only third-party script is the Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon, which sets no cookies. The only cookies it uses are the login cookies for our own staff in the site’s admin area. You can still block or delete cookies in your browser settings; it does not stop you from using this site or the contact form.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages are kept for as long as we are talking with you and for a reasonable time afterwards for our records. Server logs are kept on our web server for security and troubleshooting.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither). To make a request, email [email protected]. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
