Dental marketing
Dental marketing that fills the right chairs, and answers the phone at night
A dental marketing agency for independent practices. We build the path from a search for a dentist to a booked appointment, and we set up an AI receptionist for your dental office so the after-hours toothache call does not go to voicemail.
How dental patients actually find you
Dental searches split into two very different groups. One patient has a cracked tooth or a swollen jaw and wants someone today. Another has been meaning to find a new dentist for months and is comparing offices before a cleaning. The first decides in minutes, often on a phone, often outside office hours. The second reads reviews, checks insurance, and looks at the team page.
Most dental sites are built for the second patient and quietly lose the first. We plan for both: clear same-day and emergency information where it can be found fast, and calm, complete information for people who are choosing a long-term dental home. Our guide to dental website design lists the pages and rules involved.
What we look at first
- How you show up for emergency and same-day searches
- Whether each location has its own accurate Google Business Profile
- What a caller hears after hours and at lunch
- Which calls you can trace to a booked new patient
New patients and recall are different jobs
New patient growth
New patients come mostly from search, maps and referrals. We work on local SEO for the services you want more of, such as implants, clear aligners or family care, and on Google Ads where the numbers make sense for you. Every call and form is tracked, so you can see which channel brought which new patient request. If you want ideas your team can run alongside that work, see dental marketing ideas that stay within FTC, HIPAA and Google rules, and for practices that see children, pediatric practice marketing. For a team plan focused on implant cases, see how to get more dental implant patients. Before you run implant ads, read our guide to dental implant advertising on claims, guarantees and photos.
Recall and hygiene
Existing patients who are overdue for a cleaning are often the easiest appointments to fill. Your practice software and team already handle recall. We make sure the website, the phone and the AI front desk make rebooking easy, and that a returning patient is not sent through a new patient flow by mistake.
Insurance questions on the phone
“Do you take my insurance?” is one of the most common calls a dental office gets. It is also one of the easiest to lose, because the honest answer is often “it depends on your plan” and the person who knows is busy with a patient.
We put the plans you work with, and how you handle out-of-network patients, on the site in plain words. The AI front desk is set up with the same list. It can say which networks you participate in, and it hands anything about coverage details or benefits to your staff. It does not guess at what a plan will pay. If you offer an in-house plan for patients without insurance, our guide to advertising dental membership plans covers how to describe it.
Hygiene schedule, not just new patients
If your hygiene schedule is full for weeks, more new patient calls can create a backlog instead of growth. We ask about chair time and hygienist availability in the review, and we pace ads and campaigns to what your team can actually see.
Google Business Profile for every location
For a multi-location practice, each office should have its own Google Business Profile with its own address, hours, phone number and services. A single profile for several offices, or old hours after a schedule change, sends patients to the wrong door. We set up and maintain each listing, match it to a matching location page on your site, and keep holiday and emergency hours current.
Reviews matter here too. We help you ask patients for reviews in a consistent, honest way. We never write reviews, buy them, or filter who gets asked based on whether they are likely to be happy. Orthodontic practices, where many patients are minors, should also read orthodontist marketing.
An AI receptionist for your dental office, after hours
A patient with a toothache at nine at night usually calls the first office that looks open. Our AI front desk, powered by JaneJack.ai, can pick up after hours, at lunch, or whenever you choose. It answers common questions, takes an appointment request or books into the slots you allow, and passes the details to your team for the morning.
It does not give clinical advice. It does not tell a caller what a symptom means or what to take. If a caller says it is an emergency, it tells them to call 911. Your clinical team decides the wording and the rules. For urgent dental issues, it follows the hand-off rules you set, for example sending a message to the on-call dentist.
What you decide
- When it picks up: after hours, peaks or all day
- Which appointment types it can book or only request
- Your on-call and emergency hand-off rules
- What it says about insurance and new patients

Dental marketing questions
Do you work with dental groups or only single offices?
Both, as long as the practice is independent. For several locations, we treat each office as its own local listing and location page, and report on each one.
Can the AI front desk book straight into our practice software?
That depends on your software and how your office wants booking handled. Some offices let it book into set slots, others prefer it to take a request for staff to confirm. We check what your system supports in the review before promising either.
What does the AI say to someone with a dental emergency?
It gives no clinical advice. It tells callers who say they have an emergency to call 911, and it routes urgent dental calls by the rules you set, such as a message to the on-call dentist.
Is patient information safe?
We confirm in writing what a BAA covers before any patient information flows through a tool, and if it is not covered, we do not route patient information through it.
