Creahive Health is a Creahive brand: the healthcare practice team of Creahive, a web and marketing studio in downtown San Diego. We put the things a practice needs to bring in new patients under one roof, and we stay accountable for how they work together.
Why a healthcare team
Creahive builds websites, runs search and ad campaigns, and develops software. Over the years a good part of that work has been for health organizations. Practices have their own rules and their own pressures: advertising policies for health topics, patient privacy, accessibility, and a front desk that is almost always stretched.
Creahive Health brings that experience into one focused offer for independent practices: get found, earn trust on the website, answer every call, and measure what turns into an appointment.
We also build our own product. The AI front desk we set up for practices runs on JaneJack.ai, which we develop and operate ourselves. When something needs to change, we change it, rather than opening a ticket with someone else.
What we hold ourselves to
Honest marketing
No fake reviews, no invented results, no claims about treatments that a practice cannot support. That protects patients, and it protects your license and your listing.
Patient privacy first
We keep patient information out of marketing tools. Where a tool would touch it, we confirm in writing what a Business Associate Agreement covers first, and if it is not covered, we do not route patient information through it.
Accessible by default
Patients use screen readers, zoom in, and browse on old phones. We build to WCAG 2.2 AA as a baseline, not as an add-on.
Plain reporting
You see calls, forms and booked appointments you can confirm, explained in plain words. If something is not working, we say so and change it.

MediLeadGen and our health sites
MediLeadGen is a Creahive Health service. It sends licensed practices new patient requests from people nearby who ask about cash-pay elective treatments: one practice per request, at a fixed price per request. MediLeadGen also runs three free health information sites for the public.
Control A1c Levels
Converts an A1c result to an estimated average blood sugar in mg/dL and mmol/L, and explains what the numbers mean, with sources.
Know to Prevail
Builds a screening plan from the USPSTF grade A and B recommendations for a person’s age and sex, with how often and the source for each.
Uncover My Risk
Free risk checks for diabetes, heart disease, sleep apnea, fatty liver and stroke, each built on a published, validated score with its source cited.
What we are not
- We are not a healthcare provider, and nothing we publish is medical advice.
- We do not sell lists of patient leads. The inquiries we help you generate for your practice are yours. MediLeadGen, described above, is a separate service that sends a practice individual patient requests.
- We are not a call center. The AI front desk hands people to your own staff when a person should take over.
